Hal Warren has been on the Board of Advisors since July 2005. He has his MBA from University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's in Real Estate from Florida State University. He has been a successful Investment Sales Advisor
Cushman and Wakefield Apartment Advisory Services since 1999. Prior to 1999, he was the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions for United Dominion Realty Trust in the Florida Division.
Hal is also a founding shareholder of Century National Bank (1999) which recently sold to Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida (SBCF). He is also founding shareholder of Southbank
of Orlando (2004). |

 Brett Sloan founded Accounting Business Advisors, LLC in
NYC September of 2004. He has his Master's and Bachelor's in Accounting from
Stetson University. He also attended the
University of Innsbruck in Austria.
Brett was in public accounting for four years. He then managed all areas
of recruiting at Accounting Principals, LLC for the Atlanta office.
Brett was also a Deputy Sheriff and Investigator with the Volusia County Sheriff's Office for over eight years.
Brett
directs all the accounting and recruiting functions in the New York
office.

Mark Vecchio has extensive experience
in negotiation and documentation of
mergers and acquisitions,
divestitures, joint ventures,
emerging company formation and
financing, foreign in-bound and
out-bound investments. He is a
Columbia Law graduate, Yale graduate
magna cum laude, and he attended the
University of Munich. In addition to
his native language English, Mr.
Vecchio speaks French, German,
Spanish, Italian, Russian, Polish
and Portuguese.
